you could've gotten unscouted or that you were never scouted

I guess your art was deemed not up to the quality expected in the art portal, so a moderator un-scouted you.

If you're talking about not being able to see your art in the art portal, it mean you're not scouted yet, or if it appeared before, that you were un-scouted.
